What is the difference between Hosting a Device and renting the Shared Gateway?
WinnoSMS offers two flexible options for sending SMS & OTP messages:
1. Host Your Own Device: Pair your Android phone using our companion APK and a device license key. You route messages through your own SIM cards at zero credit cost.
2. Renting the Shared Gateway: Load credits onto your account (Sulit, Flexi, Maxi, or Mega packages) to route messages through our pre-hosted shared gateway pool instantly, with no hardware setup required.

What is the active device limit?
Regular user accounts can activate a maximum of 2 Android devices concurrently. If you require additional device slots for business use, please contact us at support@winro.site to request a limit upgrade.
How do I pair my Android device?
Install our companion Android app, copy the unique Device ID displayed on the screen, paste it into the "Activate Device" form under your "My Devices" dashboard along with your purchased license activation key, and click "Activate Now".
What is the safety send delay?
To protect your SIM card from being flagged or blocked by telecommunication carriers for spamming, WinnoSMS routes messages through an automated anti-spam safety queue. This queue spaces out your bulk messages (using a secure default delay of 12 seconds per message) to ensure compliant, low-risk network delivery.
How do I earn from referral commissions?
Share your unique referral link or referral code from the "Commissions" tab. When a referred user registers and makes their first device license purchase, you will receive a percentage commission (starting at a base rate of 15%). Commissions are updated in your dashboard and can be requested for payout through our support channels.
Do my purchased device license keys expire?
Unused license activation keys generated or purchased under your account do not expire and can be kept in your dashboard indefinitely. However, once a key is used to activate a specific Android phone, its validity countdown (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days depending on the plan) starts immediately.
What happens if a message fails to send?
If you are renting our Shared Gateway and a message fails (due to issues like invalid target numbers, offline routing networks, or missing carrier load), the failure status is saved in your logs. Your balance credits are only deducted for successfully dispatched messages.
What is the refund policy on loaded credits or plans?
We enforce a strict no-refunds policy. All load credit balances and purchased device plans are final and non-refundable once credited. If you experience an uncredited transaction or billing issue, please contact our support team at support@winro.site.
